More than 100 runners took part in the 8th annual Ks4Kids at St. Lawrence College, Sunday, June 13th.  Check out the Race Results page for pictures and times.

SCHEDULE

8:00-9:00am - Registration

9:00am - Opening Ceremony/Aerobic Warm-up

9:15am - 1KM start

9:30am - 5KM start

10:30am - 12 noon - BBQ/Awards/Draw Prizes

AWARDS AND DRAW PRIZES

Best time male 5KM $250. prize package.

Best time female 5KM $250. prize package.

The Runner with the most pledges wins a 3 month membership at GoodLife Kingston.

Other medals in male, female and age categories in both 1KM and 5KM. Numerous draw prizes to be won.

RACE DETAILS

5KM (officially timed) AND 1KM routes. The 1KM “fun” route will be around the St. Lawrence College Campus corner of King & Portsmouth.   The 5KM “professional” run will be once around SLC then west on King Street for about 2KMs then back to SLC.  Participants are encouraged to exercise caution.
